Significant Return on Investment

A global survey of coaching clients by Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Association Resource center concluded that the mean ROI for companies investing in coaching was 7 times the initial investment, with over a quarter reporting an ROI of 10 to 49 times. The reason for such large returns is clear: leaders cast a long shadow. "When they are able to walk their talk, people listen and are likely to follow suit, improving the levels of enthusiasm, trust, and team effectiveness throughout a team or organization." (Forbes, "Executive coaching - another set of clothes for the Emperor?", January 21st, 2011)

Improved Organizational Performance

Executive coaching has been linked to many positive organizational outcomes, such as improved team effectiveness and performance, increased employee engagement, and enhanced organizational performance. (Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, 2016, 89(2), 249-277.)

Enhanced Job Satisfaction & Well Being

Research suggests that executive coaching can contribute to higher levels of job satisfaction and overall well-being among executives. One study found that coaching interventions were associated with increased job satisfaction and significantly reduced stress levels among managers. (The Journal of Positive Psychology, 2010, 5(5), 396-407.)

Improved Leadership Effectiveness

Studies have demonstrated that executive coaching can significantly enhance leadership effectiveness by improving communication skills, decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking. (The Journal of Positive Psychology, 2014, 9(1), 1-18.)

Investment

Our Executive Coaching services start at $2000 per executive per month with a recommended engagement of one year. Enterprise pricing is available for larger organizations.

Regular Meetings

Executives meet with their coach on a regular basis to discuss issues, develop improvement goals and plans, and maintain accountability. Formal meetings occur each month and last approximately one hour. Executives will also have access to their coach as often as needed during regular business hours to discuss issues as they arise.

Finding the Ideal Coach

Our team will meet with the stakeholders for each person being coached to determine the coach that best matches their position, experience, and needs.

Experienced Sounding Board

Meeting with a peer group can provide the opportunity to speak confidentially with other senior level executives who face the same issue.

Learn from Executives Like Yourself

Corner Office provides members ongoing insights in business from trusted peer advisers who have gained their knowledge through direct experience in building and leading businesses.

Strong Support Network

Corner Office is intended to be a confidential “safe haven” where executives can work through their toughest strategy and leadership challenges together.

Professionals Who Coach

Anyone can call themselves an 'executive coach'. At Magellan, our team of coaches are all seasoned business owners, Presidents, & former C-Suite executives that have dealt with and conquered the same issues that other executives are wrestling with. We're not just professional coaches, we are professionals that coach.

Unique Process

Our coaching process is focused on first understanding the executive to be coached and what it's like to be on the 'other side of them'. Using custom assessments and tools, our goal is to identify the unique roadblocks to their leadership success and guide the executive through them.

Confidential Sounding Board

Having been there ourselves, we understand that leadership is lonely. We also understand that leaders sometimes need a confidential 'safe space' to work through issues with someone who knows the unique challenges and sacrifices of leadership.

Bi-Monthly Virtual Sessions

Each Signature Series group consists of roughly twenty senior executives that meet for a two-hour virtual session every other month and work together, challenge each other, and fine tune their executive skills.
