Julianna Morris

Julianna is the Director of Operations at Magellan Executive Partners, where she quietly keeps the firm’s operations running behind the scenes, building the systems and processes that make everything else possible. With over a decade at Magellan, Julianna has been a key architect of the systems, processes, and infrastructure — scaling capacity without significantly growing the team.

Her specialty is turning complexity into clarity. From implementing a company-wide CRM to standardizing client communications and supporting the financial operations that keep the firm running smoothly, Julianna brings the rare ability to see both the big picture and every moving part within it — and to build processes that hold up under pressure.

Before Magellan, Julianna honed her operational instincts supporting a Vice President at Williams (formerly Access Midstream), one of the nation’s largest energy companies, where she managed executive schedules, travel, and area-wide reporting across a complex organization. Earlier in her career, Julianna cut her teeth in event operations at GiANT Impact, where she supported the production of the Leadercast Conference — one of the largest one-day leadership events in the world, with over 13,000 in-person attendees and more than 150,000 simulcast viewers across thousands of host sites globally.

Julianna lives in Oklahoma with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. Outside of work, she can be found hiking and hunting for hidden gems across the state, and she has a genuine passion for personality frameworks and what makes people tick — a curiosity that feels right at home in Magellan’s world.
