Alexis is the Senior Strategic Relations Manager at Magellan Executive Partners, where she leads client engagement and helps oversee the operational infrastructure that supports the Magellan’s work. Serving as a central connector across clients, executive partners, and internal teams, she ensures alignment, consistency, and a high-caliber experience across every engagement.
She owns the full lifecycle of client relationships, with responsibility for execution across sessions, programs, and large-scale events. Alexis manages a portfolio of more than 60 active coachees, directing the firm’s complex scheduling and coordination efforts across 30+ team members while maintaining real-time visibility into all client engagements. Her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and bring structure to fast-moving environments has made her a critical driver of both client success and internal efficiency.
In addition to her client-facing leadership, Alexis holds full responsibility for hiring, onboarding, and team oversight for the Operations team. She helps drive the development and refinement of internal processes that support the firm’s continued growth, focusing on optimizing workflows, strengthening cross-team communication, and enabling the firm to grow efficiently while maintaining quality.
Alexis previously co-chaired Magellan’s 405 program, helping extend the firm’s strategic insight to emerging and growing organizations. She has also completed training to facilitate strategic sessions, giving her a comprehensive understanding of Magellan’s methodologies and enhancing her ability to support high-impact outcomes.
With nearly a decade at Magellan, Alexis is a trusted partner to both clients and leadership, known for her strategic mindset, operational excellence, and ability to lead through complexity.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma, and shares her Oklahoma home with her dog, Milo.
