Our Approach
Professionals Who Coach
Anyone can call themselves an 'executive coach'. At Magellan, our team of coaches are all seasoned business owners, Presidents, & former C-Suite executives that have dealt with and conquered the same issues that other executives are wrestling with. We're not professional coaches, we are professionals that coach.
Unique Process
Our coaching process is focused on first understanding the executive to be coached and what it's like to be on the 'other side of them'. Using custom assessments and tools, our goal is to identify the unique roadblocks to their leadership success and guide the executive through them.
Confidential Sounding Board
Having been there ourselves, we understand that leadership is lonely. We also understand that leaders sometimes need a confidential 'safe space' to work through issues with someone who knows the unique challenges and sacrifices of leadership.
What’s Involved
Finding the Ideal Coach
Our team will meet with the stakeholders for each person being coached to determine the coach that best matches their position, experience, and needs.
Regular Meetings
Executives meet with their coach on a regular basis to discuss issues, develop improvement goals and plans, and maintain accountability. Formal meetings occur each month and last approximately one hour. Executives will also have access to their coach as often as needed during regular business hours to discuss issues as they arise.
Investment
Our Executive Coaching services start at $1500 per executive per month with a recommended engagement of one year. Enterprise pricing is available for larger organizations.
