Who It's For

Lift is for leaders with less than 3 years of experience

About the Program

Facilitated by a Magellan Executive Partner, all of whom are former executive-level leaders. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from other leaders through group-oriented discussions. The goal of the program is to help new leaders learn senior leadership skills, including thinking more critically and strategically

Format

Delivered in two separate in-person sessions of 4 hours each but can easily be adapted to a virtual environment or a different schedule. Each session will emphasize group discussion and interaction as well as delivering content, tools and frameworks that can be utilized immediately.

Investment

$800 per person with a minimum of 10 people
