Tim is a master commercial real estate salesman  who has taken his 35 years of experience as a broker and a track record of over $1.2B in closed transactions and leveraged that skillset into acquisition, ownership, and development for himself and his investors. In the process of developing that skillset, he has developed natural mentorship and leadership abilities to augment his transactional skills. His leadership training started at young age as he climbed the ladder in Boy Scouts to the Eagle Rank and has continued as an adult with multiple tours on the Executive Board of the Last Fronter Council, BSA. He loves the coaching almost as much as the closings but as a self admitted “deal junkie”, it is hard for him to get the mindset of “Always Be Closing” out of his system.
