We have been blessed to work with Magellan through their coaching and mentorship roles. Their processes allowed them to immediately recognize our culture and develop coaching ideals to expand and grow from where we were. They meet each individual where they are and help build a plan to move them forward. Their expertise and guidance have come at a time when we are facing both challenges and growth opportunities. I do not doubt that we have been much better prepared to answer the challenge and prepare for the opportunities than had we not had Magellan’s guidance and support.
