Brian and Rod,
I think that this was one of your best episodes. I really liked episode 3, but the interview with John Creekmur took it to another level. He had a deeper grasp of corporate culture and had more practical applications. I liked his comment about how culture is the culmination of everything that every employee says and does. I really liked the idea of involving the money transfer person in celebrating success of clients. I managed an operations staff in financial services for decades and I know how hard it is to give them a sense of the direction of the company. The most important point in the podcast was the practical idea about using the CRM as a took for maintaining the culture of the organization.
Taking a step back, I’d suggest that you do a podcast in the early to middle portion of the season where you review the best concepts that have been presented in the recent sessions. If I hadn’t heard the last two podcasts but tuned in to the review session I might be tempted to go back and listen to them If you were 30 podcasts into the season I would probably be less likely to go back to an earlier podcast.
