Expertise

Tim has spent more than 35 years in Oklahoma commercial real estate, first selling for clients and then asking investors to back his own projects. He has changed the financing on an apartment project after the pre-development costs for construction drawings, fees and other costs were already incurred in order to close on the project. He gives people the playbook and expects them to find their own way with it. As a coach he fights the urge to hand over the answer and describes his role as "just there to hold up a mirror."

Industry

Tim works in Oklahoma commercial real estate, in office leasing and investment sales and in apartment and mixed-use development in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Over more than 35 years he has been a broker, brokerage owner, brokerage president, and development chairman. Rose Rock Development Partners, the firm he chairs, has nine employees.

In their own words

About Tim
01
A singing claim to fame is I've sung with both Kelli O'Hara and Kristin Chenoweth. The funny part is, they had no idea who I was then and they certainly have no idea who I am now.
Best advice he'd give?
02
I'd stay open to possibilities. Don't say a quick no to anything because you never know. At least do your homework, do your due diligence. You never know what that opportunity might lead to.
Most fulfilling part?
03
In the 100% affordable multi-family development Alley's End, I believe we are serving the people who serve us every day. Maybe they don't make a lot of money but they deserve a nice place to live.
