Expertise

For more than 30 years, Stacia has built organizations around needs no one else was meeting, from a franchise business to a residential program for homeless families. She has grown a company over 14 years, built a nonprofit's board and donor base, and set up systems that ran a business without her. She starts coaching by asking why the executive does the job, then builds the plan from that answer. She is, in her words, "very direct," and she apologizes quickly when she gets something wrong.

Industry

Stacia's career covers home-services franchising, nonprofit social services, ministry, and federal trade policy. She spent 14 years as founder and president of a Maid Brigade franchise in the Washington, DC, region and 14 years leading New Life Mission. Earlier, she worked on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide covering international trade and as an international trade consultant.
