Expertise

John leads by putting people first, coming up through operations rather than sales, engineering, or finance in an industry where those three paths usually produce the leader. He works from the conviction that culture is built one relationship at a time, and that respect for every person on a team is what actually holds an organization together and leads to excellence in team performance.

Industry

John spent forty-two years in manufacturing operations, moving from operations manager to president and chief operating officer across six companies making automotive, HVAC, electrical, and oil-and-gas equipment. His roles included shipping and warehouse supervisor, materials manager, operations manager, plant manager, general manager, and vice president of manufacturing, at organizations ranging from a Fortune 500 auto-parts manufacturer to a founder-run oil-and-gas centralizer company.
